The DIST D2892 Crude Oil Distillation System provides precise TBP (True Boiling Point) distillation of crude oil under both atmospheric and vacuum conditions. This advanced distillation system is equipped with a fractional collection unit, enabling accurate separation and quantification of different boiling fractions.

Fractions are automatically collected in a volumetric measuring unit, transferred to a collection vessel, and weighed using a precision balance located beneath the collection point. Results are seamlessly integrated into analysis reports for accurate documentation.

At the end of the programmed final temperature, the system automatically stops distillation, activates cooling, and ensures operator safety. Integrated fire, H₂S, and propane sensors provide maximum protection during operation.
